We are giving thanks!

We are so grateful for another year filled with Girlfriends fun and creativity.

Now with Christmas just a couple of weeks away we are offering our last few workshops for 2013!

The day after Thanksgiving we are clearing off the tables and rolling out the paper so we can all work on our wood projects...like letters and photo holders and whatever else is inky or painty or just messy!

Then on Saturday at 11 am we are making our wonderful distressed Christmas Book using the sweet Tim Holtz Christmas book covers and the ring binders...LOVE THESE!

This workshop is so cute and so much fun but we only have a few kits left so please call and reserve a spot in our workshop!

We have restocked our Christmas papers one more time so now is the time to come in and choose from our outstanding selection!

We also have a few of the paper mache houses available. These come in a set of two and sell for $12.95

You know how we don't do Black Friday...well nothing has changed but we are running all of our remaining yarns at BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!

Also all our stamps are on sale through Saturday for 20% off.

Dear Santa...

We are offering another whimsical workshop Saturday Nov. 23rd 11 a.m.

We are going to be creating a whimsical Christmas mini album using Heidi Swapp Believe papers, file folders and embellishments. This is a hands-on workshop where thinking out of the box is encouraged, laughter and giggles are demanded and we insist you bring your holiday spirit!

Cost for this workshop is only $34.95 and includes all materials for the project.

Please bring your basic kit including paper trimmer, bone folder, adhesive, foam tape, fluid chalk pad, etc.

'tis the season to get glittery

Join us this Saturday at 11 a.m. for our Christmas House workshop. You will create two houses with your choice of papers. Please bring a low temp glue gun and your basic kit including scissors, adhesive and fluid chalk pad. Cost for this workshop is $32.50 for two lighted houses

It's a Joy

It is a joy to teach women to create beautiful books in which they will keep their treasured memories. I think I forgot to tell my sweet friends how much I enjoyed our workshop today and how very grateful I am for their patience and friendship.

THANKS GIRLFRIENDS!

Our workshop today was the very unique SCORE, CUT & FOLD Altered Book. It is a lot of work to create a book like this for all of us! As students they need to listen, work exactly and ask for help as they need it. My wonderful students did a great job at all these things. Each book will be different as they are completed and each book will hold a myriad of memories. I hope they are enjoyed by all the families they go to.
