There are some classes that are so special we wish we had more room to allow for more friends! This is one of those classes!
Were You Lucky Enough to Get In?
If you are signed up for the Tim Holtz Folio Workshop and have had to wait....IT'S TIME TO GET YOUR INKY ON!
First and foremost on my mind is TIME!
Please be on time both Friday and Saturday....This is very important so while many times we allow for late comers this time we will start without you and you will just have to catch up as we go along.
The next most important thing is SPACE!
Lisa and I have pushed everything forward one more time to allow for more of our Girlfriends to come to this workshop but space is still at a premium. Please bring the items on your supply list and leave the BIG bags at home. There will be no space for them on the tables so they have to go on the floor by your feet. Be sure to label your supplies so they get back to you. There are no shop inks, stains or blending tools for this class...you must have your own supplies and we have plenty for sale in the shop.
Class begins Friday at 4:00 pm...we hope to be done by 6:30.
Class starts at 11:00 am Saturday and we will be done by 4
Here is your supply list:
paper trimmer (absolutely must have)
silicone mat (optional but very good to have)
T.H. Vintage Photo Distress Ink Pad
T.H. Blending tool
Small spray bottle with water (I will have a few available on the tables)
Adhesive - zip dry and/or 3 in 1 and/or fabritac
T.H. Stains - Broken China, Faded Lipstick, Peeled Paint, Wild Honey (if you prefer other colors it is up to you to bring them)
Scissors
Chestnut Roan cats eye Chalk Pad
Paper Piercer
bone folder
fine tip black pen
optional: 8-10 photos to complete the project
If you have looked at this project and know you have bits and pieces you will want to add to it I suggest you bring them and add as we go along. The same is true of stamps....Lisa and I are bringing our collections to the workshop but if you know you have some you want to use bring it.
PLEASE bring a beverage! It may get warm even with the A/C and fans going. Please bring a drink and if you need to put some in the fridge feel free to do so.
Lastly, don't forget to wear your Happy Pants to class....we are going to zip through this with loads of laughter and fun but please know patience is always helpful with so many in a class!
We can't wait and for those of you who didn't make it this time we will be doing another folio this fall as a Christmas Project....OH MY!
Also if you are in Boise and Salt Lake City we are taking this workshop on the road this fall and will be in your area! We will keep you posted!
