I love burlap....I love wire....I love FALL!

And I love a great banner!

We will be creating a great fall banner for you to display in you home or outside somewhere!

We will get started at 11 am and we will be done by 4

 

Bring your fabri-tac, scissors, zip-dry, chalk pad, a large eye needle and your best joke!

We are going to have such a great time!

all materials will be precut and ready for you.

If you would prefer a kit we will have those available as well.  Kits will come with full color pictures and instructions.

through the construction of this darling organizer.  Your kit will include all the precut chipboard for this project plus all the little extras.  You will pick out your own designer papers to decorate the box and we have a wide selection of embellishments available for you to purchase if you want that extra touch of magic on your project.

Girlfriends Make Art!

 

Somedays ya just gotta make art!

 

This weekend at Girlfriends we are going to do just that!  We are going to make an amazing altered book using inks, stains, embossing powders and pastes, pens, stamps, fabrics, papers and more.

 

If you were lucky enough to get a space in this class here are some of the things you will need...IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THE THINGS ON THIS LIST PLEASE DON'T WORRY!

WE SHARE!

 

1. silicone mat - we have three or four to share if you need one.
2. blending tool (you really need your own but I do have one or two extras)
3. foam pads for your blending tool (again this is one of those need your own things)
4. box knife or exacto knife
5. zip dry
6. stapler and extra staples
7. scissors
8. Distress stains (any colors you have are fine. We are also sharing our stains as well)
9. Distress ink pads (bring what you have and we have ours for you as well)
10. PLEASE BRING an old credit card, drivers license, AARP card, whatever you have...it is a must have!
11. Extra fine clear embossing powder if you have some....optional.
12. Embossing gun if you have one...we have several in the shop but not one for everyone.
13. sense of humor
14. IF you want to bring your stamps to share please make sure they are marked with your name...in fact anything you think you may share should be marked.
15. Black Archival Ink Pad...we have a few to share but not one for each of you.
16. edge distresser if you have one....I have a couple to share....I think
17. snack to share and a drink....you will need this and I am definitely not sharing mine.

Good Grief just pack up the house and come to class!
